Manitoba Minor Injury is a newly developed, purpose-built clinic focused exclusively on the assessment and management of minor to moderate musculoskeletal injuries. The clinic is designed to fill a critical gap between primary care, urgent care, and emergency departments by providing timely, appropriate, and patient-centered medical care in an efficient and structured environment.

The Prospect

We are seeking a Minor Injury Physician to join the founding medical team at Manitoba Minor Injury. This is a salaried employee position, intentionally structured to support thoughtful clinical decision-making, manageable caseloads, and professional longevity. Physicians will focus on triage, assessment, and care planning for minor injuries, with the ability to refer patients directly to an on-site multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

The clinic is fully equipped with multiple exam rooms and medical imaging, allowing practitioners to practice efficiently and confidently from day one.
