Barminco Canada is seeking experienced Scoop Operators to join their team at the Red Chris Mine in northern British Columbia. This role involves operating underground loading units on a 14/14 FIFO rotation, with camp accommodations and charter travel provided. The ideal candidates will have several years of underground mining experience and a robust commitment to safety and teamwork.

What You’ll Need
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalency
- 4-5 years of experience as an underground miner
- Experience mucking with Sandvik LH621 loader or equivalent is an asset
- Valid Driver’s License; manual transmission experience an asset
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a camp setting on a rotational basis
- Ability to move materials up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity and good eye-hand coordination
- Ability to work in extreme weather and moderate to high noise environments
- Successful completion of a pre-employment Fit for Duty medical including alcohol and drug screening
