Duties

- Operate mixing equipment and machinery to blend ingredients according to specified recipes and quality standards
- Monitor production lines, ensuring proper ingredient measurements and consistent product quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with packaging products securely for shipment, ensuring labels and quantities are accurate
- Use basic math skills to verify ingredient quantities and adjust recipes as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery, performing minor mechanical adjustments when necessary
- Follow safety protocols diligently,



including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe handling of equipment

Requirements

- Prior experience in food industry manufacturing or food processing preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety compliance
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks effectively
