Become a crucial part of Mativ as a Mixtruder Operator at our Renfrew site. You will operate machinery, prepare adhesives, and mix materials on a rotating shift schedule. Mativ, a global leader in specialty materials, is seeking a Mixtruder Operator.

This role requires preparing and feeding machinery with adhesives, along with compounding and mixing materials. Candidates should be comfortable working day and night shifts on a 12-hour rotating schedule, averaging 14 shifts monthly. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate mixtruder machinery efficiently
- Prepare and feed adhesive materials to the machine
- Compound and mix specialty materials accurately
- Work rotating 12-hour shifts, days and nights
- Complete grade 12 education required Requirements:
