Remote Role, 40 hours per week in EST
We are seeking a UX/UI Product Designer to support the ongoing development and expansion of our mobile platform. This role is critical in delivering high-quality, user-centered experiences across our mobile applications, including the evolution of AI-driven features and core product functionality. The designer will contribute to multiple workstreams, including feature design execution, design system maintenance, UX optimization, and collaboration across product and engineering teams.
This role works under the guidance of senior design leadership and plays a key role in scaling design capacity and maintaining product quality.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in mobile UI/UX design or related field
Front-end development and agentic tooling familiarity.
Ideally, the candidate can not just design but also help build and develop
Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and interaction patterns
Experience working with design systems and component libraries
Solid communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Product & Feature Design:
Design and deliver mobile product features aligned with the product roadmap
Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Support development teams through design specifications, testing, and iteration
Contribute to ongoing enhancements such as onboarding, navigation, workflows, and tool integration
AI & Emerging Experiences:
Support execution of mobile AI assistant features, including chat, voice, and vision-based capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI experiences across the mobile platform
Assist in defining interaction patterns and user experience frameworks for AI-driven features
Design System & Component Management:
Maintain and evolve the mobile design system, including:
UI components (atoms, molecules, organisms)
Layout and page-level design patterns
Ensure consistency and scalability across all mobile products
Identify and address gaps or inefficiencies in existing design components
User Experience Optimization
Conduct continuous UX audits to improve usability and consistency
Reduce friction points across mobile workflows and interactions
Enhance product usability through improved navigation, search, and notification systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers
Participate in design reviews, feedback cycles, and cross-team alignment efforts
Provide input and support for organization-wide design initiatives
Additional Responsibilities
Support ongoing redesign efforts of the mobile application
Contribute to improving mobile-specific workflows and efficiency
Assist in aligning experiences across multiple product areas (e.g., issues, forms, documents, photos)
Help ensure design quality and consistency across parallel product teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing AI-driven or intelligent user interfaces
Familiarity with mobile platform guidelines (iOS/Android)
Exposure to complex enterprise or SaaS applications
