- Establish and execute Nanopore sequencing pipelines
- Generate amplicon libraries for various NGS analyses
- Design and clone antibody DNA constructs
- Purify and QC DNA for transfection
- Participate in lab maintenance and organization Requirements:
- M.Sc. in genetics, cell, or molecular biology with 1 year experience
- B.Sc. with 3 years relevant lab experience accepted
- Hands-on experience with Nanopore sequencing
- Familiarity with molecular biology techniques such as PCR
