Sommaire du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Responsable du design multimédia pour diriger notre studio créatif et superviser la création de contenus visuels destinés au marketing, aux médias sociaux, au web, à la vidéo, au motion design et à la visualisation 3D.

Ce poste combine leadership créatif, direction artistique et implication directe dans la production de contenus à fort impact visuel.

Responsabilités

- Assurer la gestion quotidienne du studio créatif.
- Superviser la création de campagnes marketing, de contenus numériques, de matériel promotionnel et de présentations corporatives.
- Diriger les projets vidéo, d’animation, de motion design et de production multimédia.
- Encadrer et développer les membres de l’équipe créative.
- Maintenir la cohérence de l’image de marque sur l’ensemble des plateformes.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de ventes, de marketing et de direction.
- Participer à l’évolution du site web et aux initiatives numériques.
- Superviser les rendus 2D et 3D ainsi que les visualisations de produits et d’environnements.

Compétences et logiciels requis

- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate)
- Cinema 4D, Blender, 3DS Max, Unity
- WordPress, HTML5, CSS3
- Montage vidéo et motion design
- Développement d’identité visuelle et d’image de marque




- Gestion de projets et d’équipes créatives

Qualifications

- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en direction créative, design multimédia, image de marque ou motion design.
- Expérience en gestion d’équipes créatives et de projets simultanés.
- Portfolio démontrant une expertise en image de marque, vidéo, numérique et visualisation 3D.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et organisation.
- Le bilinguisme français et anglais constitue un atout.

Position Summary





We are seeking an experienced Multimedia Design Lead to oversee our creative studio and drive the development of engaging visual content across digital, print, web, social media, video, motion graphics, and 3D rendering.

This role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects, mentoring creative talent, and bringing marketing and branding initiatives to life.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the creative studio.
- Oversee branding, marketing campaigns, social media content, website assets, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Direct video production, motion graphics, animation, and multimedia projects.
- Manage and mentor designers and creative team members.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to develop creative strategies.
- Support website updates, UI/UX initiatives, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and oversee 2D and 3D renderings, animations, and product visualizations.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset.
