We are looking for a dynamic individual to be able to work with cross functional teams and create engaging and appealing digital (both visual and audio) content across a multitude of online platforms such as Instagram & Facebook, WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book, Youtube, Linkedin, Tiktok, Spotify, Podcast, etc. on a global level. The ideal candidate would be creative, understand the digital media landscape on both a macro and detailed level to be able to manage creative direction with the support of his/her superior.

Primary Relationships The position works within the Corporate Communications Team.





The position will have dual reporting; where the incumbent reports directly to the Assistant Marketing Director and indirectly to Design team to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.

Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (digital agencies, producers, photographers, social platform account managers, etc). and partner and franchise organizations.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create integrated digital content by combining video, audio, photography, and graphic design. Manage the entire production pipeline—from scripting and filming to editing and publishing—to effectively communicate brand stories and engage target audiences across multiple platforms

Own end-to-end production: Driving creative concepts, storyboarding, directing shoots, and handling post-production (like video editing and colour grading).

Having a solid understanding of various digital platforms, optimize digital visual content for different platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Plan seasonal and monthly visual direction for Bacha Coffee’s global social media platforms, through the curation of moodboards and storyboards in alignment with business goals and global brand guidelines.

Collaborate with external agencies, photographers and videographers in Bacha Coffee’s key markets to facilitate the creation of high-quality and compelling social media assets for all global channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc).

Direct and supervise all Social Media shoots on-site in Singapore – and virtually for key markets around the world





Work with the HQ Design Department to add-on branded assets and content creation during campaigns and yearly highlights

Perform detailed research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in the luxury sector, suggest and implement new features to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Regularly update and optimize the Social Media Content Creation guidelines for Bacha Coffee globally.

Own asset management: Archiving media, cataloging project files, and optimizing content performance through audience insights.

Requirements

At least 4-5 years’ experience in the industry with a similar hands-on role.

Addicted to design and genuinely excited by digital technologies.

Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Multidisciplinary skills would be an advantage.

Hands-on experience with production equipment: Professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording gear.

Visual content conceptualisation and presentation is essential for success; hence presentation skills would be needed.

Experience dealing with point of contacts in both local and international markets.

Previous experience in the luxury industry would be a plus.

Strong creative, communication and organizational skills are utmost important for success

Positive character who is able to pivot across multiple tasks.

This role may require occasional travel, up to 20% of your working time, based on the evolving needs of the company and projects.
