- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements




- Coordinate and conduct structured candidate interviews
- Screen candidates against predefined qualifications
- Maintain accurate recruitment records using ATS Requirements:
- 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition
- Bilingual (English/French) communication skills
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
