Job Title: Application Support Specialist

We are hiring an Application Support Specialist to support and maintain 200+ Java applications in a shared hosting workplace. The role involves incident management, service request fulfillment, change management, middleware administration, and operational support. Candidates should have strong experience with IBM WebSphere (NDM & Liberty), IBM DataPower, Urban Code Deploy/Velocity, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Ansible, ITIL processes, and middleware monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and ITCAM.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (NDM & Liberty)
- Hands-on experience with IBM DataPower




- Experience with Urban Code Deploy and Urban Code Velocity
- Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Ansible
- Experience with ITIL Incident & Change Management
- Experience with Dynatrace, ITCAM, or similar monitoring tools
- Experience with Oracle Solaris and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Knowledge of Jenkins, CI/CD, Secure Transport (FTP/SFTP), Ceph Storage, IBM MQ, IBM ACE, and cloud technologies
- Experience with Remedy/eSMT, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Public Sector experience preferred
