Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize the organization's network infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of network systems while providing technical support, implementing network solutions, and supporting business operations in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPNs.

- Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and system performance issues to minimize downtime.

- Monitor network performance and implement upgrades and improvements to enhance reliability and security.

- Manage user accounts, network access, permissions, and security protocols in accordance with company policies.

- Perform regular system backups, software updates, and disaster recovery support to ensure business continuity.

- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement new technologies, infrastructure projects, and network enhancements.





- Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and technical procedures.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in network administration or IT infrastructure support.

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, network security, routing, and switching technologies.

- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and cloud networking is an asset.

- Proficiency in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management tools.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

- Industry certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are considered an asset.

Pay: $6,250.00-$7,500.00 per month
