Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Non RMT Relaxation Massage Practitioner (willing to provide training for more info feel free to contact us) to join our wellness team. In this role, you will provide professional relaxation massage services designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being for our clients. Your expertise will help create a calming environment where clients feel valued, cared for, and rejuvenated.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on clients’ health and happiness through skilled touch and exceptional customer service. Also we are open to provide training if required.

Duties

- Deliver high-quality relaxation massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs using various techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, or aromatherapy massage.
- Maintain a welcoming and tranquil environment that encourages client comfort and relaxation throughout their session.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences, health concerns, and treatment goals.
- Educate clients on post-massage care and recommend self-care practices to support ongoing wellness.
- Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are followed before, during, and after each session.




- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while providing excellent customer service at all touchpoints.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client feedback to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Proven experience in providing relaxation massage services with a strong understanding of various massage techniques.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology related to bodywork and wellness practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters trust and comfort.
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment space in compliance with health regulations.
- Certification or training in massage therapy or related wellness fields is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience is valued equally.
- A genuine passion for helping others relax, heal, and improve their overall well-being.
