: The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the overall day to day operation of the Medical and Long Term Care Nursing Units which includes General Medicine, Palliative Care, Obstetrics and Post-operative Care. The Clinical Nurse Leader is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of high standards of patient care by assuming delegated administrative, clinical and educational responsibilities.

Education

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

Other Education and Training

- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
