- Manage primary healthcare needs of a patient roster
- Diagnose and treat patients according to NP scope
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications




- Support health promotion and disease prevention initiatives
- Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and community partners Requirements:
- Master of Nursing, Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Four to five years of nursing experience preferred
- Experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
