This role is critical in assessing, prescribing, and managing HRT treatments while providing continuous patient support. Engage with a collaborative clinical team to deliver top-notch health services virtually. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed virtual consultations for menopause symptoms
- Assess and evaluate patient histories for HRT eligibility
- Prescribe hormone replacement therapies effectively
- Monitor patient responses to HRT and adjust as needed
- Document interactions in EMR and provide patient education Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Practitioner with an active provincial license
- Previous clinical experience in menopause care
