Faire is seeking an on-site IT Support Technician in Waterloo to join our IT team. You will manage the Jira ticket queue, assist employees with MacOS, SaaS tools, and AV setups, and troubleshoot network issues in a quick-paced environment.

You’ll also support internal events like Makers Faire, take ownership of tasks, identify automation opportunities, and document processes in Notion to improve team efficiency.
