Our financial services client is seeking a Onboarding Specialist (1-2 years) to provide operational support using outbound client transfer processing, data entry, and Excel spreadsheets with macros

Join a banking operations team supporting high-volume client transfer activities within a fast-paced call center environment. This role focuses on outbound communication with financial institutions, internal system updates, and processing activities tied to Banking Wealth transfers. The team provides a full week of training along with ongoing support in a collaborative workplace.

This opportunity offers exposure to operational workflows and financial services processes within a close-knit team.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 4 days in office Monday to Thursday

Must Haves

- 1-2 years in operations, financial services, or banking environments
- Outbound calls, phone support,



and call center experience
- Data entry, ticket updates, and maintaining accuracy within internal systems
- Excel spreadsheets, macros, and high technical aptitude
- University graduate

Nice to Have

- Previous Banking Wealth experience
- Experience with ISM, EIS, or ticketing systems
- Banking experience
- Bilingual French and English
- Experience with macros

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to financial institutions regarding client transfers
- Update internal systems with transfer and client information
- Perform data entry activities related to operational processing
- Work within ISM, Kofax, and in-house case management systems
- Follow up on client transfers into TD Wealth in a timely manner
- Participate in daily team huddles
- Handle customer data during operational processing activities
