Combustion Field Service Manager/Technician

Ordan Thermal, a leading manufacturer of combustion equipment and controls is seeking a Combustion Field Service Technician for Greater Toronto Area.

Ordan Thermal is known for the supply of the highest quality equipment, innovative combustion solutions and expertise in combustion applications.

Preferred Qualifications The qualified candidate must be an Ontario Licensed Gas Technician (G.2 or G1).

Experience working with direct and indirect gas fired systems along with a strong understanding of CSA B149.1, Natural gas and propane installation code and CSA B149.3, Code for the field approval of fuel-related components on appliances and equipment an asset.

A solid understanding of the design, functional processes and sequential operation of air and gas combustion valve train components and corresponding control circuitry required.

The lead candidate shall manage preventive and demand field service projects; from inception to commissioning. As a dynamic individual, you will be a key contributor to the growth and expansion of the business.



You are able to communicate effectively with clients, formulate field service proposals and recommend equipment upgrades, troubleshoot systems, scheduled preventive maintenance, demand service inquiries, and equipment safety audits.

You will manage and cultivate key business relationships with both clients and vendors. You posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a strong motivation to succeed.
