They create a clean, fun and friendly environment by training and motivating their staff. They also generate revenue, keep a clean and well maintained club, all while providing great customer service.

Operations

Managers hire, train, and supervise all fitness, babysitting and janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budget, and uphold company standards. The opportunity is there to be promoted to higher management positions such as Member Service Manager, Area Manager and District Manager. They are full-time, receive paid vacation, full medical benefits, vision benefits and dental benefits.



They are paid hourly, plus commissions, bonuses and receive a complimentary membership. Qualifications and competencies

- Minimum of 2 years management experience;
- High school diploma post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset;
- Highly goal-oriented; Dynamic and driven;
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate and follow up;
- Strong emotional control;
- Team player;
- Client-focused;
- Coaching and monitoring ability;
