The part time Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with a focus on enhancing patients' quality of life while following Nursing Standards of Practice. Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate health status and initial care plans for patients
- Collaborate with families and teams on care priorities
- Provide direct patient care within qualified scope
- Advocate for patients and uphold their rights
- Participate in discharge planning while ensuring best outcomes Requirements:
- Active nursing license with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current CPR certification
- Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
