Position: Oracle HCM – Core HR Functional Analyst

Compensation: $50 – $80 CAD per hour

- Solid communicators who enjoy translating business and HR requirements into system solutions

- Background in HR processes, HRIS systems, data analysis, or ERP applications.





What You Will Work On

- Configure and support Oracle HCM Core HR modules, including Workforce Structures, Person Management, Employment, and Organization Management
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather and document requirements
- Prepare and maintain functional documents such as BRDs, FRDs, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and setup documents
- Support HCM security roles, data security, and user access configurations
- Assist with data conversions, validations, and reconciliation during implementation and upgrades
- Support integrations between Oracle HCM and third‑party systems (payroll, benefits, identity management, etc.)
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support
- Provide hypercare and post‑go‑live support, including issue r
