Role Description

We are seeking a highly reliable, motivated, and professional Orthopaedic Sales Associate to join our GTA Northeast team (Scarborough/Markham/Durham). This is an entry-level, field-based role designed to support a team-oriented territory across trauma, joint reconstruction, and enabling technologies.

This role is intended for individuals seeking a long-term career in orthopaedics and high-performance clinical environments. The position requires flexibility, responsiveness, and professionalism within quick-paced environments.

In this role, you will work directly in hospital operating rooms, supporting surgeons and clinical teams in fast-paced, high-accountability hospital environments while developing the technical and clinical foundation required for a long-term career in orthopaedics.

This position focuses on case support, Operating Room coverage, and instrumentation coordination, with increasing responsibility earned over time through performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Support orthopaedic and trauma cases across multiple hospitals within the GTA Northeast territory
- Prepare and manage implants, instruments, and surgical technology
- Assist with case planning, inventory preparation,



and OR coordination
- Provide consistent, professional support to surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff
- Learn anatomy, surgical workflows, and product application
- Maintain accurate case documentation and activity tracking
- Contribute to a team-based territory model focused on service and growth
- Participate in shared on‑call coverage, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required

Qualifications (Required)

- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, Kinesiology, or related field
- Based in Scarborough/Markham/Durham
- Strong communication and professionalism in clinical environments
- Highly reliable, coachable, and disciplined
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Toronto

Qualifications (Preferred)

- Prior experience in orthopaedic sales or related
- Demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure, team-based environments
