The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service as you guide businesses of all sizes through our setup process for all sales channels such as Acquiring, Ecommerce, Unattended and Eftpos products. The role is a combination of fostering lasting relationships with existing clients and developing recent client opportunities.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Developing and qualifying sales inquiries




- Cold calling or meeting with customers to generate new business through expos etc.
- Growing existing customer portfolios
- Providing industry expertise, supporting growth within customer businesses
- Understand, assist, and collaborate with cross-functional teams; including Marketing and Business Development, Applications Engineering, Logistics, and Technical Support
- Reporting for market insights, key accomplishments, and key metrics
- Identify opportunities for improvement

With great written and verbal communication skills you are confident, outgoing, resilient, curious, goal driven, and a quick learner.
