Role Description The Owner role at Noterro is a full time remote position responsible for providing strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day business operations. The Owner will guide product vision, prioritize feature development, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets the needs of health care practitioners.

Daily tasks include reviewing performance metrics, managing budgets, and making data-informed decisions about product enhancements and market opportunities. The role also involves cultivating partnerships, shaping marketing initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.



The Owner will champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the business remains agile, customer-focused, and compliant with relevant industry standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and execute business strategy, including product roadmap planning, market analysis, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Experience in operations management, with skills in budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Comfort working with digital products or SaaS platforms, including an understanding of user experience, feature prioritization, and basic technology concepts.
- Background in or strong familiarity with healthcare, allied health, or clinic management environments is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on data-driven outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring teams, driving accountability, and fostering an inclusive work culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
