Lead the Marine Corps JROTC program at Oxford High School as a Senior Marine Instructor. This full-time role combines educational leadership with hands-on cadet instruction and administration. In your capacity as the Senior Marine Instructor, you will ensure the successful implementation of JROTC curricula and activities in accordance with Marine Corps standards.

This includes advising school officials, managing cadet training, and fostering community connections to elevate program visibility. Your leadership will inspire students and promote personal development. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise JROTC unit and advise academic leaders
- Conduct classes per Marine Corps instructional standards
- Build community relationships through outreach activities




- Coordinate cadet participation in service and competitive events
- Oversee accountability of educational materials and equipment Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Certification as a Marine Corps JROTC instructor
- Relevant military experience as a Commissioned Officer
- Availability for weekend duties as necessary
