Reporting to the Director of Operations, the holder of this position must collaborate with the various stakeholders to ensure that all of the department's operations meet the performance indicators. Its objective is to maintain, propose and implement tools to improve performance from floor to packaging.

THE ROLE
- Participate and lead daily and/or weekly production meetings with the teams in charge of floor operations (DMS); - Updates and maintains the efficiency and productivity indicators of the packaging department on a daily basis; - Support the implementation of the LEAN program in the packaging department; - Analyze the causes of deviations, problems and propose corrective actions to establish an action plan for improvements in collaboration with the director; - Work in collaboration with the various QA and OHS departments to ensure monitoring of action plans in order to maintain/implement production, safety, quality (Datahex) and health procedures. Propose updates with a view to improving them.
PROFILE
