- Review Non-PO invoices for approval before payment
- Process 3-way PO matching invoices for timely payments
- Maintain responsiveness to the Accounts Payable mailbox
- Reconcile vendor statements to resolve discrepancies
- Assist in monthly and year-end accounting close Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED with 2+ years’ experience
- Familiarity with Business Central, NAV, or SAP preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- Strong communication skills for effective resolution
