St.Amant is searching for a part-time Behaviour Analyst to join their mission supporting Jordan’s Principle. This role involves travel to indigenous communities across Manitoba to provide services tailored to each child's and family’s needs.

A commitment to ethical work and continuous learning is essential to ensure success in this impactful role. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to identify individual treatment needs
- Develop and implement tailored treatment programs
- Train caregivers to effectively support individuals
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes regularly
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with ABA coursework
- Minimum 2 years of experience with disabilities
- Valid Manitoba driver’s license required
- Flexible hours to accommodate travel schedules
