Your role will involve using advanced clinical protocols to provide accurate diagnoses and recommendations. You will partner with the Store Manager to build a motivating workplace focused on commitment, innovation, and excellence in eyecare. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional Patient/Customer Service using NECE protocols
- Support patients with greetings and phone inquiries
- Conduct all services per Clinical Protocols and standards
- Establish positive relationships with all patients
- Assist in training Associate Doctors on clinical protocols Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry degree necessary
- Knowledge of current Optometric technology required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organization and time management abilities
