Lead the Wolfe Island Fire Department as a Part Time Fire Chief with the Township of Frontenac Islands. This role focuses on operational readiness, leadership, and community engagement. This part time position demands expertise in fire services, adherence to safety standards, and direction to volunteer firefighters. You will ensure compliance with legislation while managing the department's operational and budgetary responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and direction to volunteer firefighters
- Oversee fire suppression and emergency response operations
- Ensure readiness of personnel, equipment, and communications




- Develop and implement training programs and policies
- Prepare reports and budget recommendations for Council Requirements:
- Experience in fire services, preferably in a volunteer setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of fire prevention and emergency response
- Valid Ontario Driver’s DZ License preferred
