Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (3–5 years in HR)
- Minimum 3 years in nonprofit or social services HR
- Familiarity with employment legislation and union environments
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Current Police Record Check and valid Driver's License
