Job Summary

Wired I.T Solutions is a growing local I.T services provider supporting small sized businesses in Alberta. We are looking for an experienced I.T technician to join our contractor network and assist with client support requests as they arise.

Responsibilities

- Provide onsite and remote I.T support for small business clients
- Troubleshoot Windows computers, printers, Microsoft 365, networks and common business applications
- Assist with hardware installations, hardware replacements and computer support
- Document completed work and communicate findings

Ideal Candidate

- 2+ years of I.T support experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows and their troubleshooting processes
- Strong knowledge and technical knowledge of computer hardware and trouble shooting




- Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications like Microsoft Office 365 suite and basic computer software
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Pay: $24.00-$38.00 per hour
