This temporary part-time role supports residents with cognitive and physical challenges on an engaging team. As a Registered Practical Nurse in the Apotex 6 unit, you will provide essential client-centered care under the cooperative guidance of Registered Nurses.

Your responsibilities will include delivering nursing interventions, conducting assessments, and evaluating care plans.

Experience in geriatric care and dementia-related support is essential for providing comprehensive and compassionate services. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver client-centered care and assess patient needs
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions




- Collaborate on individualized care plans with RNs
- Plan and evaluate nursing interventions regularly
- Support personal care and recreation needs for clients Requirements:
- Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Preferred experience in Long-Term Care settings
- Preferred psychogeriatric and dementia care experience
