The Behavioral

Neurology unit on 4 West specializes in assessing and treating adults with complex neurological diseases and behavioral challenges. You will provide crucial nursing interventions, collaborate with your team, and enhance patient wellbeing while handling up to 30 hours on a flexible night schedule. Your skills in patient care will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those with neurocognitive conditions. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing interventions effectively
- Provide client-centered care within an interdisciplinary team




- Collaborate with Registered Nurse to revise individualized care plans Requirements:
- Valid registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Level C certification
- Experience with cognitive impairment and responsive behaviors is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Basic computer proficiency in Meditech, Word, and Excel Utilize your nursing expertise to provide compassionate care to patients at Baycrest Hospital.
