- Provide comprehensive client-centered health care services
- Lead the Behaviour Support Resource Team in the long-term care home
- Develop care plans addressing responsive behaviors




- Facilitate interdisciplinary care conferences with health care teams
- Advocate for residents' individual rights and needs Requirements:
- Registered with a Canadian regulatory authority
- Minimum one year experience in long-term care
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Knowledge of dementia and complex mental health challenges
