Join CMHA-WECB as a part-time Residential Support Worker. This weekend role aids clients in achieving their mental health and housing goals while providing essential support. You will leverage your skills to help clients navigate their recovery paths by admitting eligible individuals into the Safe Beds program and fostering safe living environments.

In this role, you'll develop life skills plans and facilitate their successful transition to independence, focusing on practical daily living skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Orient clients and monitor safety in residential care
- Collaborate on goal-setting for mental health and housing
- Provide life skills training and support
- Maintain relationships with community resources for client benefit
- Engage in program evaluation for continuous quality improvement Requirements:
- Relevant two-year diploma or certification in Life Skills
- Solid organizational and communication abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of mental health issues
- A valid Ontario Driver’s License
- Bilingual skills are beneficial Play a vital role in supporting mental health recovery and housing stability at CMHA-WECB.
