YOUR ROLE:

As a Patent Legal Assistant, you will have the opportunity to be involved in many projects related to the intellectual property field.

Your responsibilities will include

- Work closely with various professionals in the firm;
- Invoicing and time entries;
- Drafting, reviewing and follow-up of various types of correspondence and legal or administrative documents (letters, e-mails, contracts);
- Preparation of ongoing case tracking reports;
- Carrying out the management of the recall database while respecting the deadlines;
- Opening, paper and electronic filing,



tracking and file organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- DVS in Secretarial Studies or DCS in Paralegal Technology or any other relevant legal education;
- Experience as a Patent Legal Assistant;
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Good handle of French and English;
- Good organizational and priority management skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and proactivity.
