Representative I will be responsible for processing utility payments, investigating discrepancies, and balancing transactions within strict timelines. You will interact with both internal departments and external customers to ensure accuracy and effective resolutions of payment issues. This engaging role is vital in maintaining the integrity of financial records and supports a diverse workforce at SaskEnergy. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and balance customer utility payments efficiently
- Investigate and resolve misapplied or lost payments
- Prepare and validate journal vouchers for financial corrections
- Communicate payment resolutions to customers and departments
- Support daily balancing and monthly reconciliation tasks Requirements:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- One year experience with CIS processes
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
