The Payroll

Analyst is a vital contributor to the Total Rewards team at Definity, working under the Manager, Payroll. In this role, you will be responsible for compliance and data integrity, using the Dayforce Payroll platform to manage payroll processes efficiently. Your expertise will enhance the employee experience while keeping sensitive information secure. Key Responsibilities:

- Import and validate payroll data into Dayforce
- Maintain accurate employee records, including terminations and leaves
- Prepare and issue Records of Employment (ROEs)
- Execute bi-weekly payroll processing and audits
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and agencies Requirements:
- 2-3 years of payroll experience required
- Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation preferred
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation
- Excellent attention to detail and discretion
