Canada is seeking a Payroll Specialist with 3-5 years of payroll experience in multi-provincial environments. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management and ideally be pursuing Payroll Compliance Professional certification. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining payroll accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly staff
- Enter and review payroll data in ADP
- Prepare payroll reports for management review
- Assist with T4, T4A, and RL-1 slip preparation
- Respond to employee inquiries about payroll and benefits Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in relevant fields
- 3-5 years of payroll and benefits experience
- Knowledge of payroll legislation in Canada
