Your primary responsibility will be to share your recovery journey to aid clients in symptom management and personal growth. Collaborate closely with team members to foster a supportive workplace that respects each client's unique experiences and preferences. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide peer counseling and consultation to clients and families
- Act as a liaison with community resources and services
- Assist in rehabilitative support functions following the ACT model
- Facilitate educational workshops and crisis intervention efforts
- Maximize client self-determination in treatment plans Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in health or social services
- 2 years' experience with severe mental illness
- 1 year in community mental health setting preferred
