Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, Mississauga (Meadowvale) Salary: Percentage split, averaging $96 to $120/hour Schedule: 2 to 4 shifts per week, hours flexible. We're looking for candidates with some evening and weekend availability in addition to daytime hours.

About the Role We’re looking for a skilled Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist to join our new Meadowvale clinic, with the role starting September 1, 2026. This is an exciting prospect to be part of something new and to play a meaningful role in shaping and growing the practice from the ground up. You’ll work alongside a warm, multidisciplinary team that includes massage therapists, naturopaths, chiropractors, acupuncturists, psychotherapists, childbirth educators, yoga instructors, and more, all under one roof.

This role is best suited for an experienced clinician who can hit the ground running, while thriving in our team-oriented team environment.

Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive pelvic floor physiotherapy assessments and individualized treatment plans - Support patients across pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic health concerns, and beyond - Collaborate with Oona’s interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, coordinated care - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with CPO standards - Contribute to a welcoming,



inclusive, and supportive clinic environment

- Participate in Oona’s community programming, classes, and workshops as relevant Who We’re Looking For - Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) - Completed formal pelvic floor physiotherapy training (e.g., Pelvic Health Solutions or equivalent, minimum Level 1) - Experience treating a minimum of 50+ pelvic cases (this role is not suited for new graduates) - A non-judgmental approach to all clients and birthing choices - Strong verbal and written communication skills - A warm, client-centred approach - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team - Curiosity, flexibility, and a people-first mindset What We Offer - Strong growth opportunities as our Meadowvale clinic expands - A large, multidisciplinary team for consultation and referrals - Solid management and great operations support - A team that works hard to keep practitioners busy and happy Hours of Work 2 to 4 shifts per week, with flexible hours.
