- Supportingtheplanning,preparation,validation,andmigrationofP&Tdata;andassistingwithERPimplementationactivitiesacrosstheP&Tportfolio;,reporting,workflowdesign,andend-userreadiness.
- CompilingdatafromcurrentP&Tsystemsandinternaldatabases;;transferringvalidatedinformationintotheimplementer'sdatatransfertemplatesandassistinginreviewingandverifyingdatauploadedbytheimplementer.
- Supportingimplementationactivitiesbyinventoryingsourcedata,auditingrecordsforcompleteness,accuracy,cleanup,andcoordinatingrequiredinputsfromexistingP&Tsystemsandinternalfiles;,andresolvingdata-qualityissuesbeforemigration.
- Preparingdatafiles,mappingdocuments,andvalidationmaterialsinaccordancewithprojectstandardsandmigrationrequirements.
- Participatinginunittesting,systemintegrationtesting,useracceptancetesting,andregressiontesting;supportingresultstrackinganddocumentingidentifiedcorrectiveactionsasrequired.

Thepreferredcandidateholds:




- Post-secondarydiplomainHumanResources,BusinessAdministration,InformationTechnology/Systems,Payroll,ProjectManagement/Administration,orarelatedfield.
- One(1)tothree(3)yearsofERP-relatedexperienceinhumanresources,datamanagement,projectsupport,HRISsupport,orpayroll/ERPcoordination.Thisexperienceinamunicipal,publicsector,orunionizedenvironmentwouldbeconsideredanasset.
- Experiencesupportingasystemimplementationisanasset.
- AdvancedproficiencywithMicrosoftExcel,HRISapplications,spreadsheets,datavalidationandconversion,testing,andadministrativeprocessdocumentation.
- FamiliaritywithERPorHRISimplementationconcepts,includingdatamigration,testing,workflowdesign,andgo-livereadiness.

Thewagerangeforthisupcomingnewandvacantcontractpositionis$34.48-$44.01perhour(basedona35-hourweek)andthesuccessfulcandidatewillbecompensatedwithinthisrange.
