Mint Medical Clinic, a modern family practice clinic built in 2023 located in Vancouver, BC, is expanding its team and looking for two more full‑time physician equivalents. Part‑time physicians are also welcomed.

Clinic Details

- 7 exam rooms, 2 physician offices, a lunchroom, and a private staff washroom.
- Staffed with four physicians, a licensed practical nurse (LPN) and a registered nurse (RN).
- Appointments are conducted both virtually and in person using Oscar Juno EMR (Cortico/e‑fax) and Telus Med‑access (Ocean/e‑fax).
- The clinic welcomes multiple MOAs.

Compensation & Overhead

Overhead split: LFP, FFS, 75/25 split to annual maximum; 100% panel payment to physician. Total overhead is less than 20% for full‑time physicians based on the payment structure. The clinic has successfully obtained NTP contracts.
