- Monitor and report on resident care in coordination with care plans
- Document care-related information as needed




- Attend staff meetings and in-service education sessions
- Assist in onboarding processes for new staff
- Follow all IPAC policies and best practices Requirements:
- Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program
- Knowledge of bedside care and sanitation practices
