Position Summary
BloomCare Services is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and professional Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our growing team. We are looking to fill this position immediately. Qualified applicants must have all required documentation available and be prepared to complete the hiring and onboarding process promptly. Successful candidates should be available to begin work as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support)
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Support new mothers with light errands, baby care, and home tasks
- Provide respite care for families needing relief and support
- Monitor client well-being and report any concerns
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold BloomCare’s standards of care

Requirements
- Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate or equivalent experience in caregiving/home care
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Clear criminal record/vulnerable sector check
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, dependable and family oriented
