Pace Pharmacy is a specialty compounding pharmacy with 2 locations in Toronto. In addition to our regular dispensary, we have fully equipped sterile and non-sterile laboratories catering to anyone and everyone who requires compounded medication. We work in a fast‑paced environment with deadlines, challenges and unique situations that require us to work collaboratively to meet the needs of our patients.

Responsibilities

- Is a licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
- Has 2‑3 years experience working as a Pharmacist licensed by OCP.
- Has experience, knowledge, or interest in pharmacy compounding.
- Is a team player as well as a leader.
- Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Has sound judgment and understanding of the pharmacist's scope of practice in Ontario.
- Demonstrates professionalism and commitment to patient care.
- Has strong interpersonal skills.
- Is highly motivated and enthusiastic to take on new pharmacy initiatives.
- Possess a positive and team‑oriented attitude.
