Bridgewater Pharmasave has a full time career opportunity for a pharmacy assistant.
Our pharmacy team is committed to our patients and community. You must have a great attitude and want to positively contribute to our team as well as have an interest in acquiring new skills. - Quickly and accurately answering phones and in-person patient requests
- Entering prescriptions efficiently and accurately
- Preparation and packaging of prescription drugs including compounds and methadone
- Operation of cash register
- Ensuring Occupational Health and Safety protocols are followed at all times
- Supporting other dispensary employees to ensure work demands are being met
- Putting away replenishment orders
- Maintaining suitable stock levels of daily supplies
- One year experience in a busy community dispensary
- Team oriented individual who is hard working, reliable and has excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs and stand on your feet up to 10 hours per day
This is a full time permanent position (33-40 hours per week) that will include day,
evening, weekend and holiday hours.
