Posted Monday, July 27, 2026 at 7:00 AM Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Pharmasave Cloverdale in Surrey, BC. Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care. Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.

Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement current/updated policies and procedures. Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development. Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.

Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings. Manage P&L; statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)
