Elevate your career with OCL Group as a 3rd Year Apprentice Pipefitter, starting August 17. Your expertise in piping systems will enhance our operational success. OCL Group Inc. is searching for a dedicated 3rd Year Apprentice Pipefitter to participate in an upcoming outage.
Your role will involve interpreting isometric drawings and performing installations. You'll also provide crucial guidance to junior apprentices while maintaining OCL's high quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret complex piping drawings and P&IDs;
- Independently assemble and install plumbing components
- Carefully perform flange bolt-ups and testing
- Offer mentorship to junior apprentices
- Conduct safety discussions and lead toolbox meetings Requirements:
- Currently registered as a 3rd Year Apprentice Pipefitter/Steamfitter
- Relevant industrial construction experience preferred
- Valid safety certifications (H2S Alive, WHMIS 2015, CSTS-2020)
- Must be physically fit for demanding tasks
